The students of Shri Harshad C  Valia International School had visited “Keshav Srishti” on 18th October 2019. Keshav Srishti,indeed an ideal place to enjoy the freshness of the village side environment had attractions  like botanical plantations, solar cooker, methane gas plant, organic farming fields and ‘gaushala’ complimented by beautiful flora and fauna. Expert  guides introduced  rare species of herbal and botanical plants to the students besides plants of historical importance and medicinal benefits. The excursion instilled in the students importance of eco friendly environment and mother nature in general

While the secondary students went to keshav srushti, the Primary section went for an educational trip to Mongiland. It was agreat learning experience  for the students to understand  the importance of the effort and time which is required to prepare bakery items. The students were shown step-by-step procedures to make a cake. This excursion aimed at showing the students the effort and precautions required to prepare an edible item. Not only specifically for a cake, but also for other food itemsin general. The excursion was definitely successful in making the students to understand the importance of saving food and resources.

The Secondary section students of Shri Harshad C Valia International School went to “Natventure” wada camp on 1st February and 2nd February 2020. It was a two day and one night picnic. Students experienced the adventures like climbing onto the rope bridges (Burma bridge commando bridge) and activities like free fall, early morning village stroll, DJ night, etc. the students had separate dormitories for boys and girls where the girls had safe rooms for themselves. During the evening time teachers and students gathered in the ground and played games like cricket badminton, catch and run, etc. The lush greenery of the typical village environment increased the joyfulness among the young flowers. It was a lifetime experience and a great learning experience for the students and the staff.
