3. Internet Banking: Not many people still find internet banking engaging due to various technological threats involved. As per reputed research papers, currently, around 78% of the bank’s customer base is registered for Internet banking. This makes banking available for all at their homes through the use of the internet without physically visiting the bank.
4. Augmented Reality: Ikea being one of the first brands to initiate augmented reality, enhancing the online shopping experience for a customer. Here, the customer can experience shopping as close to reality.
