  • Birth Certificate :  Original + 1 Xerox
  • Passport size photo : Two
  • Copy of Adhar card of the child (compulsory)
  • Proof of Residence: Aadhar Card / Ration Card/Electricity bill/Tel. Bill/ (Any One)
  • Salary Slip for the latest month
  • Photocopy of progress/Report card of the previous schooling year
  • Original School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate from the recognised school from Grade 2 onwards.
  • Medical Fitness certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.
  • State whether Schedule Caste / Schedule Tribe / OBC. Yes/No. If yes attach copy of a Caste Certificate


NOTE:

  • In addition to the Annual Fees, Parents/Guardians will be required to meet the expenses of books/note books to be used. Parents/Guardians will also meet the expenses on School Bus Service (If availed), Educational Tours, Examination Fees & any other expenses related to the education of the child.
  • Under no Circumstances the Fees once paid is either refundable or transferable.
  • Admissions are given subject to fulfilment of Admission criteria and availability of seats, without any reference to class, caste, creed, gender or political inclination.

For new admissions students:

  • Withdrawal within two weeks- Only Tuition Fees will be refunded.
  • Withdrawal within two months- Only one Term Tuition Fees will be refunded
  • Withdrawal after two months- No refund Fees.

Attendance:

  • The Parents are to ensure that the child attends school regularly
  • No leave of absence will be granted except for very pressing reason and only on pre- written intimation from parents.
  • In case it is not possible to take prior permission due to sudden illness or unforeseen reason the school authorities must be informed about it at the earliest in writing.
  • Unauthorized absence from the school for a month or more will entail the withdrawal of the child from the School.
  • Pupil who are convalescing after infectious diseases or suffering from any infectious disease will be allowed to attend the school only after producing a fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
  • A student will not be allowed  to leave the school for a part of the day unless he provides a note in the diary signed by his parent/ guardian giving a valid reason. The Principal will then decide whether to grant permission or not.
  • Medical appointments should be made after school hours, unless required in an emergency.

Withdrawal

For Regular Students:

A) A student can be suspended from the school by the school authorities for any of the following lapses:

  1. Nonpayment of the school dues in time.
  2. Misconduct or serious indiscipline, which in the opinion of the school authorities has unwholesome influence on his fellow pupils.
  3. Prolonged absence from school without proper leave.

B) No school leaving certificate will be issued without a written application from the parent/ guardian. A leaving certificate will be issued only after all dues are paid.

  • If the withdrawal application is submitted by March 31 st, no fees will be charged.
  • If the withdrawal application is submitted within 1 st April to 30 th May Rs. 5000/- will be charged.
  • If the withdrawal application is submitted after May 31st and by June 30th, one term fees will be charged.
  • If the withdrawal application is submitted from 1st July onward full years fees will be charged.
